In an arguably long-overdue move, the Obama administration will appoint someone to 'focus on coordinating cybersecurity across federal agencies'

The Kellogg cereal company, the state of Colorado and Cook County, Illinois, all have someone in charge of keeping the hackers out.

In 2016, the US government will too.
