Ice Wall Facilities In Place, Says Tepco (With Video Clip)

Tepco, the operator of the crippled Japanese nuclear power station Fukushima Daiichi said Tuesday that it had completed installation of the facilities required for creating a wall of frozen soil to the depth of 35 meters (about 115 feet) below the damaged plant, which is needed to stem the flow of water moving into radioactive areas.(read more)
