Girls With Slingshots - GWS Chaser #244

This whole backstory was my way of wishing on a star that someone in my tiny town would finally start up a cab service.

It never happened, but my friend Ryan has on more than one occassion discussed starting a pedicab service. I once saw a guy ride a unicycle down my street, there's a significant Pagan representation in our town Christmas parade, and sometimes the Civil War Center across the road hires a bagpiper to play in the yard, so I think this town is quirky enough to embrace a Ryan-and-buggy.
