Report: Oilers won't deal Eberle before trade deadline

Jordan Eberle's spot with the Edmonton Oilers appears to be safe for the near future.
After having his name mentioned in trade rumors during the season, Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman reported during the Saturday Headlines segment that the team is not going to be moving the 25-year-old prior to the trade deadline.
Eberle has been red hot since rookie Connor McDavid returned to the Oilers' lineup, racking up seven goals and 10 points in his last five games.
He's amassed 18 goals and 32 points in 43 games in total this season.
