Blackhawks' Hossa 'could miss some time,' says Quenneville
The Chicago Blackhawks lost one of their star players in Saturday's defeat at the hands of the Anaheim Ducks.
Marian Hossa left the game in the second period and did not return after taking a big hip check from Hampus Lindholm and flying awkwardly into the boards.
Hossa remained on the ice for several moments, requiring assistance from a trainer and teammates before heading to the room.
Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville offered a brief update on his status after the game, indicating Chicago could be without him against the Toronto Maple Leafs on Sunday.
Joel Quenneville on Marian Hossa's injury: "Don't think it's serious, but could miss some time. #Blackhawks
