Samsung Exynos 7 Octa 7870 brings 14nm FinFET to the mid-range

Samsung has announced its latest mobile SoC, the Exynos 7 Octa 7780. This chip is meant to serve in the mid-range mobile device market. The SoC is the latest design built on the company's 14-nm FinFET process. Samsung claims that's a first for SoCs aimed at this market segment.
