DOE Issues Violation Notices For 2014 Incidents At WIPP

Preliminary notices of violations (PNOVs) have been issued to Los Alamos National Security (LANS) and to Nuclear Waste Partnership, LLC (NWP), for violations of worker safety and health codes "and nuclear safety requirements" that pertain to 2014 incidents at the department's Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) in New Mexico.
