Ivan Orkin, chef and proprietor of Ivan Ramen in New York City, demonstrated for the cameras of Bon Appi(C)tit how to properly consume a steaming bowl of ramen using chopsticks and a soup ladle (no forks). The key is not try to eat neatly or quietly.

Notice I take every opportunity to make noise while I eat because I'm eating ramen and ramen is fun. Don't try to eat clean. Let your face get all covered in fat and it gets all glistening and you don't look sexy. But all you have to do is remember that the cute girl sitting next to you also looks like shit.
