Linux Mint Mate 17.1 boot up problem
by gingerbear from LinuxQuestions.org on (#15F8A)
I messed up my linux mint 17.1, after using a sandisk 16gb flash drive. I was trying to make a bootable pen drive.
now when ever I boot up I get this error, dont matter if I have the disk in or not. and my system halts. I have to press S to bypass it. and it boots fine.
The disk drive for /mnt/usb-sandisk is not ready yet, or present.
I have tried updating my os,
tried editing the Disks automount
tried installing dconf-editor
tried using gsettings.
I am at a loss as of what to do, only thing I can think of is to format, or do a upgrade of linuxmint. please help.
using 64-bit mate linuxmint 17.1 rebecca.
