An Egyptian student at a flight school in Los Angeles is in custody and facing deportation after posting a message on Facebook that authorities say constituted a threat to kill US Republican frontrunner Donald Trump.
Emad El-Sayed, who had been a student at the Universal Air Academy in Los Angeles since October, posted an article to Facebook about Trump's plan to bar Muslims from the US along with a message to the effect that he "wouldn't mind serving a life sentence for killing this guy", and that he would be "doing the world a favour", his attorney, Hani Bushra, said.
