Cops who ate “candy bars” in pot raid video charged with petty theft, vandalism

The Orange County Weekly reports that the O.C. District Attorney's office (OCDA) has filed charges against three of the police officers who were seen in a widely-shared surveillance video munching what viewers presumed to be marijuana-infused edibles. The munchies mysteriously hit the officers right in the middle of a May 26, 2015 raid on Sky High Holistic, a medical marijuana dispensary in Santa Ana, CA.
