Flames ink Czech forward Daniel Pribyl to 2-year entry-level deal

The Calgary Flames signed forward Daniel Pribyl to a two-year entry-level contract Friday.
The 23-year-old enjoyed a breakout season in his sixth campaign with Sparta Praha of the Czech Extraliga, finishing second in league scoring with 45 points in 45 games, while also adding five goals and 11 points in nine playoff games.
Pribyl was originally drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in the sixth round in 2011, but never signed with the club.
