Canadiens re-sign Carr to 2-year deal

The Montreal Canadiens have signed restricted free agent Daniel Carr to a two-year contract.
The 24-year-old got his first taste of the NHL this season, suiting up in 23 games with the Canadiens.
Carr proved he could have value with the team going forward, posting six goals and nine points while being nearly a point-per-game player in the American Hockey League with 10 goals and 21 points in 24 games.
