Bichon Tori is an absolutely adorable and playful Bichon Frise who lives in Daegu, South Korea with her doting human who takes great care keep Tori's perfectly round coif free of tangles or frizz and her teeny-tiny wardrobe up to date. It seems, however, that Tori prefers to just pretend that she's a giant cotton ball.
