A Brief Uplifting Illustrated History of the Bra

In the first episode of the new Ted Ed series "Moments of Vision" entitled "How the Bra was Invented", narrator and animator Jessica Oreck offered an uplifting explanation as to how and why the bra was invented while building a tiny illustrated bra of her own.

The fact that the bra wasn't actually invented until the early 1900s may come as a shock to the many women worldwide who have come to rely on them for support.
