Milla Jovovich is Back to Destroy the Undead in the Trailer for Resident Evil: The Final Chapter
Sony Pictures has released the first official trailer for Resident Evil: The Final Chapter, the sixth and final installment in the Resident Evil film series loosely based on the Capcom video games. In the new film, written and directed by Paul W. S. Anderson, Milla Jovovich is back as Alice to finally end the undead threat terrorizing Earth. Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is set to release in theaters on January 27th, 2017.
Picking up immediately after the events in 'Resident Evil: Retribution', Alice (Milla Jovovich) is the only survivor of what was meant to be humanity's final stand against the undead. Now, she must return to where the nightmare began - The Hive in Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation is gathering its forces for a final strike against the only remaining survivors of the apocalypse.
