ARM and Intel team up to ease custom 10-nm FinFET development

ARM is broadening its 10-nm ambitions today with a surprising new partnership. The company is making its Artisan physical IP toolkit available for customers on the upcoming 10-nm FinFET node at Intel's Custom Foundry service.
