Stable kernels 4.7.2, 4.4.19, and 3.14.77

Greg Kroah-Hartman has announced the release of the 4.7.2, 4.4.19,and 3.14.77 stable kernels. As usual, theycontain fixes throughout the tree and users of those series should upgrade.
