In the teaser trailer for the new thriller Nocturnal Animals directed by fashion designer Tom Ford, actress Amy Adams plays Susan, a haunted owner of an art gallery who discovers, upon receiving an advance copy of her violent novel written by her ex-husband played by Jake Gyllenhaal, that the book was dedicated to her. The film is based upon the 1993 Austin Wright novel Tony and Susan.

From writer/director Tom Ford comes a haunting romantic thriller of shocking intimacy and gripping tension that explores the thin lines between love and cruelty, and revenge and redemption. Academy Award nominees Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhaal star as a divorced couple discovering dark truths about each other and themselves"
