Mid-American Conversion To Operate Paducah Processing Plant

Irving, Texas, based Fluor Corporation said Friday that its a joint venture with Westinghouse, called Mid-America Conversion Services, had signed a contract valued at $318 million to operate the depleted uranium hexafluoride (DUF6) conversion facilities at the Department of Energy's Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Paducah, Kentucky.(read more)
