While out walking on a busy Japanese street, anime aficionado Jeff Badjegate caught the wonderfully bizarre sight of a bearded man wearing a flapping red tie and coattails who appeared to be frozen in place just as he was stepping into a crosswalk while passing unconcerned pedestrians paid him no mind whatsoever.
