Keon named greatest Maple Leaf in franchise's top-100 reveal

Dave Keon was chosen as the greatest player in the 100-year history of the Toronto Maple Leafs, leading the club's reveal of the "The One Hundred" on Friday afternoon.

The four-time Stanley Cup champion and third-highest scorer in club history leads a top five that includes Syl Apps, Ted Kennedy, Darryl Sittler, and the franchise's leader in points, Mats Sundin.

Johnny Bower was the highest-ranked goaltender, clocking in at No. 7. Thirteen-year captain George Armstrong, the franchise's all-time leader in games played, came in at No. 12.

Other notable names include Borje Salming at No. 8, Wendel Clark at No. 15, Doug Gilmour at No. 13, Curtis Joseph at No. 35, Tomas Kaberle at No. 37, Felix Potvin at No. 45, Phil Kessel at No. 48, Darcy Tucker at No. 70, Dion Phaneuf at No. 88, Tie Domi at No. 93, and James van Riemsdyk - the only active player - at No. 100.
