Girardi sidelined with hip flexor injury

The New York Rangers' blue line took a hit Saturday, as defenseman Dan Girardi suffered a hip flexor injury and is "more than day to day," according to coach Alain Vigneault.
It's unclear how he suffered the injury.
Girardi played 7:56 in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the St. Louis Blues.
