Canucks' Tanev not expected to play vs. Senators

The Vancouver Canucks face the Ottawa Senators on Tuesday, and will likely do so without defenseman Christopher Tanev in the lineup.
Tanev is day to day with an undisclosed injury, believed to have been suffered Sunday against the Anaheim Ducks.
Tanev was not part of the line rushes at Tuesday's morning skate. The 26-year-old has one point in six games this season.
On Monday, the Canucks recalled Utica (AHL) blue-liner Troy Stecher, who is expected to make his NHL debut.
