Dad Creates an Awesome Optimus Prime Costume for His Son That Actually Transforms

Redditor Renz2LK used scrap pieces of EVA foam to create an awesome Optimus Prime Halloween costume for his cute son that actually transforms. Renz2LK also shared evening footage of the lights functioning on the clever Transformers costume.

Created my son's costume using scrap pieces of EVA foam. Total build time: 6 hours (spread over 2 days). Painted with standard rattle can spray paint and acrylic paint for weathering. LED lights (not on in the video) are powered by 2 AA batteries with steady, blink, and rapid blink settings.
