Vietnam reports 97 percent increase in dengue in 2016

While the dengue fever data coming out of Vietnam is months behind, we can see that dengue is up in the southeast Asian country year-to-date. Through Aug 31, Vietnam reported 63,504 cases of dengue including 20 deaths, in 44 out of 63 provinces in the country. This is an increase of 16,500 cases in August alone. ["]
