Stable kernels 4.8.13 and 4.4.37

Greg Kroah-Hartman has announced the release of the 4.8.13 and 4.4.37 stable kernels. As usual, there arefixes throughout the tree and users of those kernel series should upgrade.

Note that the fixfor the kernel code execution vulnerability usingAF_PACKET sockets (also known as CVE-2016-8655) has not made itinto these stable kernels. Those running systemd may want to check LennartPoettering's blogpost on how to mitigate the problem for services started by systemd.
