On The Tonight Show, host Jimmy Fallon debuted the new Nintendo Switch console and got to play Super Mario Run and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild thanks to Nintendo America president Reggie Fils-Amii(C). Fils-Amii(C) also surprised Fallon with a special audience member, Super Mario and Zelda creator Shigeru Miyamoto who rated Fallon's gaming performance.
Nintendo announced the Switch in October with a video that showed off its unique ability to seamlessly switch between a traditional console and a handheld device. Super Mario Run will be the first Mario game created for mobile gaming and will be released in the iTunes App Store on December 15, 2016.
