Talented knitter Amanda Berry has created a yummy-looking, zero calorie Big Breakfast with all the components of a proper English breakfast including bacon, eggs, beans, sausage, tomato and a potato waffle. The inexpensive pattern is available for purchase through Berry's Ravelry page

Berry has also provided free instructions for knitting a lovely plate of Christmas goodies.
