City employees should have gotten permission before taking van to Washington: Murray

"Hindsight being what it is," a group of employees who took a city van to Washington, D.C. and attended the Women's March there, in addition to doing work, should have gotten written permission, says Chris Murray. But he says it's been dealt with and the matter is closed.
