The 20 finalists have been named in the glorious UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP CHEESE CONTEST! Thirteen of them are from Wisconsin, neatly demonstrating that Wisconsin still exists.

I don't think of flavoured gouda as actual cheese.
