Hamilton lawyer who injected heroin into friend who overdosed can resume practice

A Hamilton lawyer who helped obtain heroin for a friend who later overdosed and died in her home will be allowed to practice law again if she passes a medical assessment and gets an OK from the Law Society of Canada.
