British sculptor Sir Anish Kapoor drew the ire of some people when he secured the "exclusive rights to use Vantablack (the blackest substance known) for artistic purposes."
But instead of getting mad, British artist Stuart Semple developed Black 2.0, "the world's mattest, flattest, black art material." It sells for $15 for a 150mL bottle, and is available to anyone on the planet, with the exception of one person - the website states that Black 2.0 is "Not available to Anish Kapoor."
