Radeon Pro Duo gets more energy-efficient with Polaris

AMD's first Radeon Pro Duo graphics card brought the power of twin Fiji GPUs and 8GB of HBM RAM to bear on professional graphics tasks just under a year ago. Today, the company is updating the Pro Duo with twin Polaris chips and 32GB of GDDR5 RAM on board. Going by the card's 4608 stream processors, it's not a stretch to guess that the new Pro Duo is using a pair of fully-enabled Polaris 20 chips, although we're waiting for confirmation on that point. Each GPU offers a 1243 MHz peak boost clock. The card's 7 GT/s GDDR5 memory is subdivided into two 16GB pools, each of which is connected to a GPU over a 256-bit bus.
