Usually, when picking out a motherboard, I advise people to head for the top-shelf Z270 chipset if they're overclocking or the low-end B250 chipset otherwise. You do give up more than just overclocking with a low-end chipset, though. Besides that, overclocking small-form-factor PCs can be a pretty tricky task anyway. For those reasons, Asus' new ROG Strix H270I Gaming could be a perfect pick for small systems that still need a full set of chipset features.
