Alaskan Town Celebrates the Fourth of July by Launching Vehicles Off of a Cliff
by Justin Page from Laughing Squid on (#2NEZK)
Alaska Dispatch News multimedia journalist Scott Jensen traveled to Glacier View, Alaska to document how the town celebrates the Fourth of July in a very special way each year. The Glacier View folks have plenty of food, a parade, and an airplane flyover, however, they take things a step further by launching vehicles over a cliff to watch them smash into pieces below. Scott released behind the scenes footage to answer some of the questions he received after his first story was published.
