Collective Arts fire, downed power lines snarl Burlington street traffic

Parts of Burlington St. E. were closed to traffic for most of Friday morning. Police say it was initially believed to have been due to a hydro issue, although a number of fire trucks responded to a call at Collective Arts Brewing later.
