Derek Carr advocates for 7-on-7 football at Olympics

Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is looking to become an international sensation during the course of his career.

While Carr's contract negotiations - he's reportedly finalizing a new deal with the Raiders that would pay him approximately $25 million annually - are the talk of the league, he's also apparently enthralled by the idea of suiting up during the Olympics.

While seven-on-seven football has yet to be approved by the International Olympic Committee, it's not altogether difficult to envision Carr leading the United States to a gold medal in one of the upcoming Olympiads.
