Clothes, soap, a toothbrush: Hamilton police make kits for rescued human trafficking victims

After several middle of the night rescues where police would go out and buy necessities for women, Const. Sara Beck got the force to create care packages that are kept on hand, with shampoo, a brush, some clothes and pyjamas, even a toothbrush and toothpaste.
