City advising skin clinic patients to get tested for HIV, hepatitis after potential exposure

The city's public health unit is telling patients of Dr. Lorin Harding in Hamilton that they should get tested for HIV and hepatitis, after an inspection revealed that improperly cleaned instruments may have been used during procedures at his offices.
