Only Free Markets Will Liberate Russia

Russia is currently experiencing a positive trend in support of more political freedoms. But the real struggle comes into play when trying to educate Russian society on the merits of laissez-faire practices; a task that is unlikely to be fulfilled by an autocratic state, which opposes a market economy, or the citizens themselves.
