The attorneys for Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott have fired back at the NFL following their client's six-game suspension.

The NFL issued a statement Friday saying its investigation, which included photographic evidence and a panel of experts, found there to be sufficient reason to conclude that Elliott was physically violent with his ex-girlfriend on multiple occasions.

Elliott's attorneys questioned the league's conclusion, saying "the NFL's findings are replete with factual inaccuracies and erroneous conclusions and it 'cherry picks' so called evidence to support its conclusion while ignoring other critical evidence."
