17 year old aspiring photographer Eagan Tilghman dressed his adorable three year old brother Louie up as Pennywise the child eating clown from the upcoming film, It, and took a series of cute and creepy photos. Eagan posted more photos of his brother on Facebook and Instagram. He also did a photoshoot with his brother dressed up as the Tim Curry version of Pennywise from 1990.
