The Oakland Raiders and longtime starting kicker Sebastian Janikowski are at an impasse regarding the veteran's current contract. The Raiders have asked Janikowski to rework his contract, which would pay him $4 million this season, but the kicker declined, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The Raiders already appear to be looking for a replacement, reportedly working out three kickers on Monday - Josh Lambo, Mike Nugent, and Marshall Koehn.

If Janikowski is still on the roster by 4 p.m. ET on Saturday, his contract becomes guaranteed.

Janikowski has played for the Raiders since being drafted 17th overall in 2000. He is tied with Tom Brady for having the longest tenure with his current team in the NFL.
