The Week 2 game between the Tennessee Titans and Jaguars will remain in Jacksonville at EverBank Field, the Jags announced Tuesday, following considerations to move the game due to Hurricane Irma.

"This is about bringing our city and community together. This is about getting back to normal operations," said mayor Lenny Curry, according to Ryan O'Halloran of the Florida Times-Union.

The Jaguars also announced that owner Shah Khan will be donating $1 million to the First Coast Relief Fund and that 5,000 tickets will be donated to first responders and residents who dealt with the effects of the hurricane.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' home opener against the Chicago Bears will also be played as scheduled after the Florida team had its Week 1 game against the Miami Dolphins canceled.
