Internet Raises $80K for Hot Dog Vendor Mugged by Government

Officer Sean Aranas approached Beto Matias as he was selling hot dogs without a permit outside UC Berkeley's football stadium. But instead of just citing Matias, the officer asked to see Matias' identification and proceeded to take all the money from his wallet.
