Bears' Glennon has 3 turnovers in 1st half of return to Tampa

The cries for Mitchell Trubisky are growing louder.

In just the first half of his second game as quarterback of the Chicago Bears, Mike Glennon lost a fumble and threw two interceptions, including a pick-6, in his return to Tampa Bay against the Buccaneers.

Glennon was a 2013 third-round draft choice by the Buccaneers, but was allowed to leave via free agency with Jameis Winston firmly entrenched as the team's franchise QB. Glennon signed a three-year, $45-million deal with Chicago, but has done little in his time in the Windy City.

In Sunday's game, Glennon was picked by Bucs linebacker Kwon Alexander on his first drive. He was strip-sacked by Noah Spence in his second.

The Bears' third possession ended in a pick-6 by Robert McClain.

Though Glennon went 13-for-16 in the first half, the three turnovers have the Bears trailing 23-0 at the break and Trubisky - Chicago's first-round pick in this year's draft - likely closer to his pro debut.
