Report: Patriots' Hightower to return this week or next

New England Patriots linebacker Dont'a Hightower will return in either Week 3 or Week 4, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Hightower's Week 1 injury against the Kansas City Chiefs was reportedly diagnosed as an MCL injury, and after visiting two different doctors, he was given a recovery timeline of two-to-three weeks.
The Patriots play their next two games at home. They face the Houston Texans in Week 3 and the Carolina Panthers in Week 4.
