Dolphins acquire LB Stephone Anthony from Saints

The Miami Dolphins added some depth at linebacker, announcing Tuesday they acquired Stephone Anthony from the New Orleans Saints.
The Saints will receive a 2018 fifth-round pick in return, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports, citing a source.
The move comes hours after the Dolphins announced they suspended linebacker Lawrence Timmons indefinitely after reportedly going AWOL prior to the team's game against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.
The 25-year-old Anthony has yet to see the field this season, and has recorded 82 total tackles along with two forced fumbles and one interception in 26 games over the previous two seasons.
