Watch: Man clings to outside of moving New York subway, looks miserable

An Instagram video purportedly shows a man clinging to the side of a New York subway cab, while a fellow train-goer praises him for the efforts.

The inside passenger designates the surfer as a "gangster" and attempts to give him a fist bump through the sliding door window. The reckless rider has no option other than rejecting the congratulatory gesture-all while regret shows on his face.

The Instagram account @subwaycreatures posted the video Sunday afternoon, nearly a week after a 13 year old was seriously injured when he attempted to ride the side of a Brooklyn train, according to the New York Daily News.
